WALK THE WALK WITH LESLIE SANSONE
We are offering free aerobic walking classes to the public Mon thru Fri. mornings at True North Ministry Center. Right now we have one class that meets at 7:30 am. We do a mile workout in 20 minutes. It is possible to increase the movements which will increase the mileage to 2-3 miles. You may also decrease the movements if your body is not quite ready for the mile walk yet. We have 4 basic steps that involve, walking or marching in place, lifting up knee, kicking out leg and walking forward a couple steps and backward a couple steps. This work out could be done on your way to work, just bring a top to change into afterwards. If you are interested in a longer work out or different time please email or call me with that information. We are trying to see who is interested and what time works for them so please let me know.
